Pay on Delivery Policy

What you pay online

At checkout you pay only the shipping fee. The shipping fee is 8% of the final product price (after any discount). No part of the product price is charged online.

What you pay on delivery

The product price shown at checkout is collected when the package is delivered. If the product was discounted, the amount due on delivery is the discounted (final) price.

Full cost shown before you pay

Every product page, the cart, and each checkout step show the product price, the shipping fee due today, the amount due on delivery, and the total customer cost. You must confirm you understand this before placing an order.

Order confirmation

Some orders may require a quick confirmation by phone, SMS (if you opted in) or email before they ship. Orders we cannot confirm within [CONFIRMATION_WINDOW] may be cancelled and the shipping fee handled according to our Refund Policy.

Refused or failed deliveries
